Meeting and Event Rates
24-Hour Conference Rate

The 24-hour rate includes the following:

  • Early morning tea or coffee served in your meeting room
  • Full English breakfast served in The Restaurant
  • Morning coffee and biscuits
  • Luncheon - buffet or working lunch
  • Afternoon tea and cakes
  • Dinner - set menu, or allowance towards a la carte
  • Accommodation - en suite, single occupancy
  • Hire of meeting room from 09.00 to 17.30
  • Use of our Amarna Spa during your stay

Day Delegate Rate

The day delegate rate includes the following:

  • Morning coffee and biscuits
  • Luncheon - buffet or working lunch
  • Afternoon tea and homemade cakes
  • Hire of meeting room from 09.00 to 17.30

All 24 or DDR packages, buffet lunches are for 8 or more delegates.

Dinner may be either a set menu from our selection, or an allowance towards a la carte.
