From civil ceremony to stunning reception to honeymoon suite and spa day the following morning.

We cater for all styles of reception, be it a formal meal, a buffet, a BBQ and a 6 course gala dinner. Our Head Chef will also tailor a menu to any dietary requirements you may have. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand through out the duration of your preparations and they will be delighted to assist you and make arrangements for other services you may require, a florist, photographers, musicians, etc our list of recommended suppliers is endless.

Civil Ceremony Packages

You fix the date we’ll find you the registrar! Guildford Registrar will be delighted to perform your ceremony however we promise to find you an alternative registrar if they can not accommodate. Below are our fabulous civil marriage/partnership ceremony packages.

Silver Package £17.00 per person
Inclusive of Private Room Hire for the Civil Marriage/Partnership Ceremony, Tea, Coffee and Biscuits for guests on arrival and arrangements of flowers on each of the Registrars' tables

Gold Package £21.00 per person
Inclusive of Private Room Hire for the Civil Marriage/Partnership Ceremony, a choice of Tea , Coffee or Bucks Fizz for guests on Arrival, corner arrangement of flowers and arrangements of flowers on each of the Registrars' tables

Platinum Package £25.00
per person Inclusive of Private Room Hire for the Civil Marriage/Partnership Ceremony, Glass of Champagne for guests on arrival, Pedestal of flowers, Carnation Corsage for each guest and arrangements of flowers on each of the Registrars' tables

Evening Reception Packages

Inclusive of finger buffet, black tie DJ and disco with top of the range lighting and PA system and room hire of The Garden Room and Bar Lounge until midnight.

£35.00 per person including resident live band All prices above are based on a minimum of 30 guests. On lower numbers we will quote accordingly.
