In consultation with you, the personal trainers will develop your ideal programme – whether you want boot-camp sessions on the field or lighter work just to tone up.

About Me – I’ve been apart of the fitness and leisure industry for 3 years now, and working at Lythe Hill for the last 2 years. I started out as a leisure assistant and have now worked my way up to be Health Club Supervisor.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and qualified in teaching Kettlebells, Spinning and Circuits. I enjoy the time I spend with our valued members, whether that’s instructing a class, creating programmes, training with them or just a friendly chat. If you don’t see me at work, then I’m usually in the gym working out.

About me – Having had a passion for sport and fitness from a very young age, five years ago I made the move into the fitness industry with the aim to expand my own knowledge, as well as help others.

I’ve always been around sport and fitness, whether it was through participation, coaching or instructing. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and teach Boxercise and Circuits here at Lythe Hill.
